  We absolutely loved working with McDonald Remodeling! We’ve now had them do two projects in our home, and the recent bathroom remodel was truly outstanding – it completely exceeded our expectations. Emily, our designer, was fantastic; she really took the time to understand exactly what we were envisioning and presented us with some brilliant options, including several for upgrades we hadn’t even considered. Scott, the project manager, was also a huge asset. He kept us fully informed throughout the entire process, and he was incredibly proactive in addressing any little issues that popped up, especially considering the supply chain problems everyone was facing. The whole team of subcontractors was professional and really easy to get along with. It’s been almost a year now, and we’re still incredibly impressed with the quality of the work. They really nailed the timing – our whole-house renovation, which was a relatively small project, took just seven weeks, and they consistently stayed on track, never deviating by more than a day, always catching up on the weekend. The quality of their work was truly outstanding; it’s honestly the best we’ve ever seen. They paid such meticulous attention to detail, and every part of our home feels completely renewed, even though not everything was replaced. And what really stood out was their communication. Our project manager was incredible – so friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They kept us fully informed throughout the whole process.   From start to finish, we were incredibly impressed with the work McDonald’s Remodeling did. They truly delivered a professionally done job, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. It all began with Greg, their designer, who really listened to our vision and translated it into a detailed plan. Then, Kati and Amy presented us with a range of material options to help us make the perfect choices. Chris, our project manager, was fantastic – he built a great rapport with us, was consistently on-site overseeing everything, and always open to our feedback. They used a handy app that allowed us to see the progress being made throughout the week, which was really reassuring. The job itself was quite complex – a full shower replacement involving several rooms – but they managed it flawlessly. What really stood out was the dedication of the team: a skilled crew of carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and more, all working with professionalism and respect for our home. They took measures like installing a protective walkway to safeguard our floors, and they left everything spotless at the end of each day. They were all incredibly knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Most importantly, they finished the job on time, exactly as scheduled.
