I’m really disappointed with my experience contacting this company. Unfortunately, I can’t review the quality of their work because we never actually got the chance to work with them. They essentially ghosted us after we expressed interest. We met them at the Minnesota State Fair and were impressed with the samples they had on display. We requested an estimate and they instructed us to fill out a contact form and send them photos and details about our project, along with a budget. They did warn us they’d be incredibly busy until October, which we understood. We followed their instructions, emailing them the next day. However, we didn’t hear back throughout October, and after November 1st, we tried reaching them by phone and email with no response. It was incredibly frustrating – they didn’t even offer an explanation. Any communication, even a simple “we’re not able to take on your project,” would have been appreciated. Basically, be aware that they may not follow up, so I can't comment on the quality of their work.

I’ve been really impressed with this company – they truly value their customers and treat them with such respect, which is fantastic to see. I recently bought a necklace at their booth at the state fair, and sadly the clasp broke quickly. But they handled it so well! They immediately replaced the entire chain for me, completely without me asking – it was such a thoughtful and appreciated gesture.
