Overall, this particular location had a few challenges during my visit. The rental area being right inside the double doors meant I was essentially standing outside in the cold – it was a really windy and freezing day (-27 windchill), and the wait in line felt just like being outside. I wish I’d dressed warmer knowing I’d be waiting for about 15 minutes. Despite that, the staff member working the counter was fantastic. He was clearly dealing with the cold himself, but remained incredibly friendly and apologetic for the delay. He was efficient and aware we were feeling the chill. It was a shame no one else came to assist, even though he rang for help twice. As always, the staff at this location are wonderful and really helpful.

Overall, I was really pleased with the paver patio packer rental. It worked great, and I appreciated that they didn’t charge a late fee when I was 20 minutes behind schedule – it seemed like they understood the situation since no one else was renting it at that time.

Overall, this is a really pleasant place to shop. The staff are consistently helpful and friendly, and the store itself is kept very clean and organized. I was particularly impressed with the rental department – the team there was both knowledgeable and made the process really easy.
