  Jeff was fantastic – he really took the time to explain their driveway process and the different materials they use. It was a really helpful learning experience, and I was impressed with the price. I especially appreciated hearing about the warranty transfers they offer to new homeowners – that’s a huge plus! I’m very happy with the visit and excited to get the work scheduled. report abuse

  I was incredibly disappointed with the work IBA performed. While the guys were polite, the quality of their work was shockingly bad. They were supposed to complete the job in two days, but never showed up on either day and didn’t contact me at all – I had to call twice to get a location. After they finally finished, I inspected the basement and found that half of the waterproofing they’d applied wasn’t properly sealed. Considering the incredibly short time it took them to complete the job, this was completely unacceptable. Furthermore, their website boasts about “heavy-duty vapor barriers” that “guide any leaked water to the drainage system,” but the way they did the job makes absolutely no sense. I’m seriously concerned about the quality of their work and will be filing a complaint. report abuse

  Innovative Basement Company truly exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, the service was outstanding – they kept me completely informed throughout the entire process, which was incredibly helpful considering I had tenants in the house. They were incredibly thorough and knowledgeable, and I appreciated how they took the time to ensure everything was not only fixed properly, but also cleaned up afterward.
