  Matt Cummings and his team completely blew us away with this residential development. Designing six homes around a 12,000sqft existing building was a really ambitious challenge, and they delivered something truly exceptional – the most unique modern farm community we’ve seen on the North Shore. We’re absolutely thrilled with the design; it’s magnificent and has already generated so much excitement – people stop and admire it every time they drive by.
