  “We were really frustrated with the whole process of getting our home from Quality Homes. We finalized the purchase in June 2024, expecting delivery in the fall, but didn’t actually move in until January. When the house finally arrived in November, we immediately received a call concerned about the foundation blocks – something that hadn’t been communicated to us at all.” report abuse

  “Quality Homes took a really long time to provide a firm quote for the project, which was frustrating. To get things moving, I also contacted Central Homes and they were significantly faster – getting my order back within two weeks. It was clear Central Homes was the better choice in terms of communication and turnaround time.” report abuse

  Overall, we had a fantastic experience working with Quality to buy our home. John Osero was truly wonderful – he was so patient and really listened to what we wanted, helping us create the perfect house. A big thanks also to True and Spencer for their support throughout the process. report abuse

  Overall, the order and delivery process took a little longer than we’d hoped, but it all worked out in the end. As expected, there were a few minor issues, but nothing major. However, I want to particularly commend True and Trevor – they were absolutely fantastic! They were incredibly professional, really respectful, and genuinely dedicated to making sure everything was perfect. We’re so happy with our new place, and a huge part of that is thanks to their excellent service. report abuse

He really took the time to walk us through everything – from picking out our home to the delivery and setup.   True Garski did a fantastic job with our recent one-year service warranty repairs. He was really knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to help us out.
