  Brian and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with. From the very beginning, when we started planning our home project, I knew we’d made a great choice. Brian has a real talent for seeing things and his experience really shone through as we made changes and refinements to our Stratford home. He worked brilliantly with all the subcontractors – from the groundwork and foundations to the plumbing, electrical, and everything else. I was particularly blown away by his idea for the on-site garage, especially the integrated stairs and storage area. The main crew, particularly the twin brothers, did an incredible job. They seamlessly integrated the modular units with the finished interior, roofing, siding, and the garage itself. It was clear they were knowledgeable and meticulous. Brian really took care of all the details, handling permits, inspections, and working with our lender, ensuring we stayed on track. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a smoother process, especially considering we were building during the height of the pandemic – it was truly exceptional!   “I’m really disappointed with the lack of communication from this company. My husband has been trying to get information and layouts for a new home build on the property we’re buying, and they haven’t responded at all. They initially called once when we weren’t available, didn’t return a follow-up call we requested, and we sent three emails with no reply. It’s concerning that they couldn’t even manage a simple response, and honestly, it made us think twice about potentially moving forward with them.” report abuse

  I was really disappointed with the experience. I initially spoke with a sales associate who asked us to send over some information, and we did so quite a while ago – over a month, actually, before the COVID-related slowdown. Despite following up, we never received a response, and I felt we weren't informed about the potential delays during our initial conversations. report abuse
