When I tried to show them the errors and explain the situation, they refused to listen and insisted I involve my attorney.   Honestly, I’m really disappointed with this experience. I paid for a survey back in August with an estimated completion date, and despite numerous calls, it took over six months for the corners to actually be set. It’s a very slow process and I wouldn’t recommend it – unless you have plenty of time to spare. report abuse

  “I’m incredibly frustrated. I’ve been trying to get a response from the lead surveyor since November about a property line issue – it seems my property has shifted four feet in the last year and a half, but I’ve received no information about the new evidence.   “I was really disappointed that the agent didn’t conduct a survey and hadn't informed me about the existing fence line, which appeared to be on my property, before I purchased the house. Their response – that they simply ‘don’t know who owns what fence’ – felt completely inadequate, especially considering the $1200 I paid for the survey.
