  “I had a really concerning experience working with this office. After getting an initial quote from Billy Jo, she suddenly added a thousand dollars to the cost, claiming it was necessary if we were considering legal action. Worse than that, she stopped responding to my calls and emails as we tried to finalize the contract. It felt like they were deliberately avoiding communication and weren't willing to discuss their licensing or insurance – they just wanted me to accept their word for it. Honestly, I felt completely misled and wouldn’t trust this company with anything.” report abuse

  “I really have to express my serious concerns about this company. A neighbor hired them to survey their property, and two of their employees ended up trespassing onto my property while I was away. They climbed a fence into my backyard, and luckily, other neighbors had taken photos to document it. When I contacted the company to report this, I was shocked by the manager’s response – he was incredibly rude and insisted they were justified in doing what they did, despite the fact that Georgia doesn’t have a law allowing entry without permission. Honestly, the whole experience was unsettling, and I wouldn’t recommend using this company based on this unacceptable behavior.” report abuse
