  Mark and Sayre Builders did a fantastic job replacing our windows – we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the very beginning, we felt completely at ease, and Mark was really great about not pushing us into anything. He gave us a very honest and realistic assessment of what we needed, and kept us fully informed about the project’s timeline. During the work itself, they were incredibly careful, protecting all our furniture and taking extra steps to keep things tidy.   Mark Sayre’s company was unfortunately quite slow to respond to my initial inquiry. When I finally received a quote for just the carpenter labor, it was $120 per man-hour, with a plus or minus variation. I followed up to confirm, but didn't hear back. Ultimately, I had to go with another builder who completed the work for significantly less – about 34% less than Sayre’s original estimate. report abuse
