I’m really disappointed with the recent paving work they did on my road in Okemos. From the start, the crew has always seemed rude and disrespectful. But this time was particularly concerning – I parked my truck away from the work zone, and when I returned, it was nearly hit by a paving machine, only a couple of feet away. Then, a bobcat vehicle came dangerously close as I tried to leave, even swinging towards me. It was a terrifying experience, and I strongly advise against using this paving company.

“I’m really disappointed with the work done on our street. The crew was incredibly rude and unprofessional, and they left a huge amount of debris in our yard – they essentially just dumped it there. When my husband tried to address the issue with them, they completely deflected responsibility and said it was the county’s problem. Unfortunately, the roadwork itself was also done very poorly.”

This was a very disappointing experience. The doctor’s bedside manner was unprofessional and unfriendly, and I felt completely unsupported. Unfortunately, it seems to reflect a broader issue with the facility – the staff, including the Scalehouse operators, were consistently rude and unhelpful.
