They kept us very well-informed about the progress of the job, which was really helpful, and the use of Builder Trend made everything so easy to track. Like any build-out, we did run into a few unexpected challenges, but J. Lane handled everything with great communication – letting us know exactly what was happening, the timeline for fixes, and any associated costs. I especially want to commend Mark Pullen for his attention to detail and Josh Soule for being such a fantastic job site coordinator.
