  Overall, JLane Construction did an absolutely fantastic job renovating our HOA pool pavilion. As the Treasurer, I was right in the middle of the project, and I was consistently impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. The finished product – a beautiful, air-conditioned amenity with a community center and gym – is exactly what we hoped for, and they completed it right on budget.   I was really disappointed with my experience calling to inquire about building a container home. The person I spoke with wasn’t particularly helpful, just saying they’d do residential construction “when they have time.” Honestly, it felt like they weren’t interested in my project, and the long wait for a callback – 2-5 days – just reinforced that impression. It’s frustrating to feel like a small customer isn’t valued, especially when I’d read positive reviews and was hoping they'd be a good fit. report abuse
