  “I’m incredibly disappointed with this company’s service. They installed a natural gas linear fireplace in my home back in June 2018, despite knowing our home uses propane. We’ve continued to experience problems ever since, and it’s now January 2019 with no resolution. I’ve struggled to get them to schedule an appointment, and then appointments have been canceled without any communication.
