  Adrian Lalsa Land Surveying really saved the day for me. For years, we’d had issues with our neighbors encroaching on our property, and last year it escalated to them taking almost five feet of my lawn. It was incredibly frustrating because there was no clear boundary. I desperately needed a survey to finally establish where the property line was. Adrian was fantastic – he responded immediately, got his team out there quickly, and within a day, they had a spike marking the new boundary. They were incredibly responsive – I called, they scheduled the topographical survey for the next day, and the team of six arrived on time and completed the job efficiently and at a really competitive price. It was better than most other quotes I received. The whole process took about six days, which was perfect given the detail involved.
