  Overall, we were really pleased with Champion Waterproofing. We contacted them after struggling with water problems in our garage for over five years, and Howard Alexander was fantastic – he took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and didn’t try to sell us on anything extra. We appreciated that he recognized it was a straightforward issue. The team, led by Christian, did a great job. They arrived promptly, worked efficiently – about four hours – and kept us fully informed throughout the process. Christian was especially helpful, taking the time to explain everything and making sure we understood how the sump pump worked. They were respectful of our space and cleaned up meticulously. We chose Champion over several other companies, and we’re so glad we did! Since the job was finished, our basement and garage have been completely dry, even with all the recent heavy rain.   Jeremy was fantastic – he quickly diagnosed the problem with my sump pump and replaced the faulty main pump in a really efficient way. He even walked me through testing both the main and backup pumps, and he was incredibly professional and patient with all my questions. report abuse
