Honestly, it’s incredibly concerning to see such a lack of activity here. It’s frustrating to see a company with such a significant investment – and frankly, a worrying sign – considering the potential fines PennDOT is issuing. I truly hope they get their act together and deliver a properly completed project, otherwise, their future looks very shaky.
-
Honestly, Kinsley Construction’s progress on the Mount Rose Project has been incredibly frustrating. It’s been far too long, and I’m really disappointed that PennDot seems to have learned a hard lesson about prioritizing the lowest bid – it’s clearly had a significant negative impact. The delays are now compounded by the potential for legal action, which will undoubtedly cause even more setbacks.
-
Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend Cherry Hill Construction. They seem to prioritize winning bids by offering incredibly low prices, which ultimately led to problems. Once they secured the contract, they’d frequently ask for extra money, and they struggled to actually deliver on what was agreed upon. They also rely on a very small team, which severely impacted their ability to manage larger projects – we ended up waiting over a year for a job that cost what we paid for.
-
“Honestly, I’m incredibly frustrated. After five long years of work on the Mt. Rose project, it’s really starting to impact the local businesses and residents. We’re seeing damage to vehicles and a concerning increase in potential safety hazards for drivers – it’s a serious worry.”
-
“It’s clear there’s a serious disconnect here. The repeated issues and frustration being caused at Mt Rose, directly resulting from your performance, seem to be completely disregarded. It raises concerns about your focus – does your priority lie solely in securing contracts and then pursuing legal action against the organization that was misled in the process?”
-
Honestly, driving the Mt. Rose area daily is incredibly stressful. The road surface is consistently uneven, making it really difficult to maintain a straight line, and the lane markings aren’t very clear. The ramp up north is particularly challenging with its sharp angle. It feels like a constant worry. People who use this route are understandably frustrated, and it’s clear the project isn’t getting the attention it needs – even on good weather days, there’s hardly anyone working on it, leaving me wondering if it’ll ever actually be completed.
-
Honestly, this project has been a huge disappointment. It’s now two years overdue, and the team seems more focused on arguing about the contract than actually getting the work done. Progress has been incredibly slow, and frankly, it’s been awful to watch.
-
“Honestly, the performance on the Mt Rose project has been shockingly poor – I’m struggling to find the words to describe how incompetent it’s been.”
-
“I have serious concerns about the use of taxpayer funds in this situation and believe there’s a significant opportunity for improvement.”
-
This was completely unacceptable. It was significantly overdue by three years, and frankly, incredibly disappointing.
