  Overall, we’ve been incredibly pleased with A&S – this is our second pool from them, bought fifteen years apart, and we’ve always felt supported. Mike Duffy was fantastic; he really took the time to understand our needs and helped us design the perfect layout, patiently working through all the changes we requested. And Jeremy Seibert was just outstanding – he was always reachable and available, which made the whole process so much smoother.   “I can’t recommend Anthony and Sylvan highly enough! From the initial design stages right through to pool startup and closing, they’ve been fantastic. Tom Bowers, our sales rep, was truly exceptional – he was incredibly responsive, answering my calls at all hours and always offering helpful guidance. He really went above and beyond what I expected from a sales representative. Tyler, our project manager, is incredibly busy, but he always returned my calls promptly. Overall, Anthony and Sylvan provided a truly top-notch experience, and we’ve already referred five customers from the DMV area – we’re thrilled with our new pool!” report abuse

  We absolutely loved our new pool – the whole process with Anthony & Sylvan was fantastic! From start to finish, the communication was excellent, with Tom Bowers, Kevin Zurita, and Christopher Kirk all being incredibly responsive via email, phone, or text. The construction, which took place from September 2021 to May 2022, went smoothly, and we were thrilled to have it officially approved just in time for our first pool party!   “I have to say, Anthony Sylvan and his team were fantastic. Our project manager, Tyler Kock, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and always prompt – a real pleasure to work with. Despite the challenges of COVID, they managed to execute our pool build flawlessly. Honestly, I’ve been in the construction industry for over 30 years, and I was really impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. From the very beginning, when I met with Tom Bowers to discuss my pool design ideas, I immediately felt comfortable and confident. Tom was incredibly thorough, patiently answered all of my questions, and really helped me understand what to expect every step of the way.   I’m really disappointed with Customercare’s service. After they finish working on the pool, they completely disappear and don’t follow up to ensure everything is running smoothly. Then, when an issue arises – and it inevitably does – they try to charge exorbitant fees because I hadn’t opted for their “VIP” package, which, frankly, they never informed me about. It’s frustrating to feel like you’re being left in the dark. I’m currently waiting to be scheduled for service and hoping @customercare@anthony Sylvan can help expedite the process since I’ve completed all the paperwork and provided my payment information. I’ll be updating this review if the scheduling process isn’t handled efficiently. report abuse

  Overall, I’d give Anthony & Sylvon Pool a five-star rating – but with a really important caveat. My experience was fantastic thanks to the incredible support I received from Rita and Phillip. Rita was consistently available from the very beginning, and Phillip was so knowledgeable and responsive, patiently explaining everything as a new pool owner. I absolutely plan to write another review focusing on the contractor, R&D, and the challenges we faced working with them. Based on the positive feedback I saw initially, we chose R&D, and I wanted to share our experience so others can make informed decisions.
