  My daughter had a really frustrating start to her home remodel project. The initial employee she spoke with was dismissive and didn’t offer any assistance. Thankfully, another employee, JZ, completely turned things around. He and the other team member were incredibly helpful, giving her fantastic advice and even helping her load everything into her car. Without JZ’s excellent service, she would definitely have given the store a five-star rating. report abuse

  “Overall, this was a really disappointing experience. The employee we interacted with seemed incredibly rushed and frankly, quite rude. He answered our questions, but it felt like he was doing so with a clear sense of irritation. Adding to the issue, another employee approached my friend who was waiting in the car, asking unnecessary questions. It made the whole process feel intrusive and unwelcome, especially as we’re trying to remodel our home. We’ll definitely be going elsewhere, like Don Abel’s.” report abuse
