I really had a terrible experience with Carpet Source. I’d been hearing they were selling their business, so I decided to give them a try. The location next to Costco seemed quiet, which was a bit of a red flag, but I pressed on. I ordered a wood plank flooring and, while I liked the design, the price was quite high. Unfortunately, that’s when things went downhill fast. I specifically requested the pattern be cut parallel to the longest wall, and the owner just didn’t seem to grasp what I wanted – I tried to explain it several times, but he kept insisting he’d fulfilled my request. Five days later, the flooring arrived cut completely the wrong way. When I brought this to his attention, he actually argued with me, insisting I’d asked for it that way, and wouldn’t even consider offering a refund or any kind of solution. It was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, and ultimately, I lost $275. I definitely won’t be returning.

It’s clear he’s been around for a while and has a solid grasp of the practical details.”
