  “We were completely devastated when our house flooded, but Arctic Carpet were absolute lifesavers. Kimmy sent Charlie out the very next morning, and from the start, everything ran so smoothly. Charlie and his team were incredibly efficient – they quickly removed the damaged carpet and flooring, and then installed our new flooring with such professionalism and quality. What really impressed us was that Charlie even went above and beyond, helping us move our washer and dryer, removing the closet doors, and even delivering the parts we needed to upgrade our toilet. Honestly, the other company I’d contacted wouldn’t even answer the phone unless I drove to their shop to choose new flooring, which was completely unreasonable. Arctic Carpet were fantastic – they were responsive, reliable, and did a truly outstanding job.   I couldn’t be happier with Arctic Carpet! We recently had them install laminate flooring throughout our house, and the whole experience was fantastic. They originally did our carpet about three years ago, and their service was just as good this time. Charlie and Tim were incredibly efficient – the entire installation took just three days, and they were so helpful, even teaching me about maintaining the new floors. They were fantastic about getting the materials delivered and prepping them properly, too, especially during that really cold snap in January. Our Labrador hasn't even managed to scratch it, and we haven’t had a single stain. Seriously, a wonderful job – we’ll definitely be using Arctic Carpet again for our bathroom and kitchen flooring!” report abuse

  “Overall, our experience with this company was incredibly frustrating and disorganized. We moved into a new home and unfortunately discovered a significant issue with pet urine damage that required complete carpet removal. While they did remove the old carpet and treat the floors, the process was handled very poorly. They didn’t communicate the extent of the work needed or the necessity of ventilation, and we had to handle those aspects ourselves. Adding to the problem, they didn't measure anything properly – they ended up needing a completely separate appointment to install hardwood flooring in the stairs, and it was never actually completed, leaving us with bare floorboards. They also only had one type of tile available for our bathroom, and it wasn’t disclosed beforehand. Communication was a huge issue; they didn’t provide us with a schedule or estimated timelines, and we frequently had to drop everything to respond to last-minute calls. They didn’t return the doors or shelving they removed, and left us with a messy, unfinished space. If you value clear communication, reliable scheduling, and a professional approach, I would strongly recommend exploring other options.” report abuse

  Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend doing business with these folks. Their reaction to the suggestion of reviewing their own books was dismissive and, frankly, a bit alarming. It seemed like they were willing to take a huge risk – potentially everything – for a relatively small investment, and that’s a major red flag. report abuse
