  “Honestly, we’ve been a loyal customer of P&HCo for a really long time, but we’re seriously reconsidering our business with them. It’s incredibly frustrating that we’ve had three routine service cancellations scheduled weeks in advance. To add to that, the dispatcher was unbelievably rude and didn’t seem to care at all. I’m left wondering if the owner is aware of this and whether they’ll actually reach out to discuss it.” report abuse

Then they told us it would cost thousands to fix the issues, claiming it was incorrectly installed.   “The technician did a good job getting the toy out of the toilet and reassembling it, but unfortunately, we started noticing a leak again just a month later.   “We used this service twice – once in June when a pipe froze and again later in December. The first time, they quickly fixed the leak and replaced the pipe, which cost just over $200. The second time, it was just a simple matter of turning the water back on and checking it over, but I’m not entirely sure why it took them so long the first time.” report abuse
