  “I’ve really noticed a big difference lately – the staffing has improved so much! It’s actually great to be able to find someone available to assist me. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been incredibly professional and courteous, which is fantastic.   I was incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at this store. The staff seemed genuinely unable to assist me, and the individuals offering “expert” advice were shockingly unprepared. It felt like a frustrating glimpse into a completely disorganized and ill-equipped operation. report abuse

  Debra was absolutely fantastic – truly a wealth of knowledge about patio door options. I’ve done a lot of DIY projects over the years on three different homes, and she was by far the most helpful Home Depot team member I’ve encountered. It was also wonderful to hear she’s a veteran; thank you for your service and Home Depot for recognizing and supporting our veterans. report abuse

  “Home Depot is always a reliable place for me. I’ve always had a good experience there. My biggest piece of advice would be to check the website beforehand to see what’s actually in stock – that saves a wasted trip. And if you need assistance, don’t hesitate to ask someone; they’re usually happy to help and can even get someone to look into it for you.” report abuse
