  “We’re absolutely thrilled with the house Paragon built for us about five years ago. The build quality is fantastic, and they’ve been incredibly responsive whenever we’ve had a minor issue. Recently, we had a problem with the deck extension – one we’d alerted them to – and they reacted brilliantly. They sent someone out the very next day to assess it, and then followed up the day after with a full repair, all covered under warranty.   Honestly, I can’t recommend Paragon Custom Homes enough. We’ve worked with Todd and the team for over five years, and they were absolutely fantastic building our house in 2019 and recently adding an extension to our basement in 2024. They really took the time to understand our vision – we started with just a piece of land and some ideas – and they expertly guided us through the whole process, resulting in a truly beautiful home. The subcontractors they used were incredibly skilled and clearly take pride in their work. They’re just amazing at the details; Todd, Chris, and Matt are incredibly thorough and always seemed to be on top of everything. They’re happy to customize anything to your specifications, and even offered helpful advice when our plans stretched a bit beyond our initial budget. To get the best results, be really clear about what you’re looking for – share your ideas, photos, and take notes. The more you give them to work with, the better the final outcome will be. It’s rare to find a team as dedicated as theirs, and we’re so grateful for their hard work.   I was really disappointed with my experience with this company. I contacted them weeks ago to get an estimate for refinishing my basement, but it took an incredibly long time to get a response. I almost forgot I’d even contacted them! After finally scheduling an appointment, they cancelled just five minutes before I was due to arrive. They never rescheduled or showed up for the estimate, which was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. Honestly, I couldn’t get anyone to return my calls or schedule a visit, so I have no idea if they actually do good work. report abuse
