“Honestly, we’ve rarely needed to contact EPS, which is great. The only time we really needed their assistance was last week when our home alarm started going off due to a low battery – it was 3 AM! It was incredibly frustrating because the entire family was trying to sleep and no one at EPS could figure out how to turn it off. Even unplugging the system didn’t work. Then they had us call back first thing the next morning for technical support.”
