“We were really impressed with Blake’s thoroughness and professionalism. He did a fantastic job inspecting our home’s foundation and clearly explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. We felt like we got a completely honest and fair assessment, and we’d definitely recommend Nortex Structural based on our experience.”

“I had a really positive experience with Nortex Structural. Blake was fantastic – he came to my home, thoroughly inspected my foundation, and explained everything in a really clear and detailed way. Because of his assessment, we avoided a lot of costly, unnecessary pier work. He was also incredibly professional, punctual, and patient in answering all of my questions. I wholeheartedly recommend Nortex Structural and Blake to anyone needing a structural engineer.”

“Blake came out to do a quick visual inspection of our new home, which took about an hour. Honestly, I felt the $800 price tag was a bit steep for just a brief look and his opinion without any written report. He initially told me there wouldn’t be a report with the initial visit, despite the agreement stating one would be provided. He did offer to send a separate report for the foundation, but that’s still outstanding. It felt a little like he was just trying to get paid and wasn’t really delivering on his promises. He also didn't provide the contact information for truss designers as he’d mentioned. Overall, it felt like a typical sales tactic.”
-
“Blake really appreciated the whole process – it was incredibly smooth and easy to get the engineered plans he needed for his 35x50 metal building. He’d definitely recommend it and would use their services again.”

“I reached out to Blake at Nortex to get a structural assessment and repair done on my house, and initially he seemed confident, saying they handle everything in-house and had the experience to take on any project. I stressed the importance of a quick turnaround, as the structural work was blocking progress on the rest of the project. The engineer’s report arrived promptly, and I made the payment as requested. However, that’s where things went completely sideways – they just vanished. I’ve been trying to get in touch for the past two weeks with multiple calls and texts, but I haven’t received a single response. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially considering the assurances Blake had given me before, which felt misleading. Frankly, I’m left with the impression they were only interested in securing the engineer’s report, and had no intention of actually doing the work. I’d strongly advise against using Nortex; they don’t seem to follow through on their promises.”

“Blake and the team were fantastic – they really stepped up and solved a major problem when the initial LVL installation didn’t work. Blake quickly designed a solution for us, and they were incredibly responsive throughout the whole process. Outstanding service!”
-
“I was really pleased with Nortex – they offered a great price and were incredibly responsive and quick with my foundation plans.”
-
“I had a really positive experience calling them. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need, instead offering helpful advice and a referral based on my specific foundation. I’ll definitely be reaching out to them again in the future.”
-
“I had a really disappointing experience with this salesperson. It felt like they weren’t being honest and were only focused on making a sale, regardless of what was actually best for me. I felt completely misled and wouldn’t recommend working with them.”
-
“Blake was fantastic to have on our renovation and addition project – a truly pleasure to work with.”
