I was really disappointed with my experience at Alaska Rubber yesterday. I needed a specific hydraulic part, and while the staff were initially helpful, the manager’s behavior was completely unacceptable. He had his black lab in the office with him, and the dog suddenly rolled over and peed on my son – it got in his face and eyes and mouth. The manager just kind of scoffed and moved the dog away. It felt incredibly unprofessional and, frankly, alarming, especially considering how readily available rags were for my son.

Honestly, this was a really disappointing experience. I paid $150 for a 4.5-foot diesel hose and some fittings – which, along with around $70 worth of parts, came to about $80 for a 2-minute press. The quality wasn't worth the price, and I wouldn't recommend shopping here.

It seems like they’ve got a good selection of what I typically require.

Overall, it was consistently a really positive and enjoyable experience.
