“We couldn’t be happier with the work they did installing our new water system in Nikiski. They completely replaced the old system and it’s made a huge difference – the water looks so much better and, crucially, we finally have proper water pressure, something we’ve been missing since we moved in last May.”
-
“I was really pleased with how quickly they responded – they arrived within about 10 minutes after I called and got right to work fixing the leaking hot water tank. I’d already managed to shut off the valve, but it was great that they were so prompt.”
-
“I just wanted to say the customer service was fantastic – the team was really knowledgeable and helpful, and the front desk staff were especially appreciated.”
-
“Overall, I was really pleased with the service I received. They were able to get a technician out to my house within just three days, which was fantastic. Chris, the technician, was incredibly prompt and professional. He listened carefully to my concerns about the overheating and quickly checked the wall thermostat and zone valve – it seemed like a really thorough assessment.”

Overall, I’ve been incredibly pleased with their service – it’s consistently been top-notch. The only thing preventing a perfect score is the lack of 24/7 support, particularly during holidays and weekends. Given that we’re in Alaska, with its often unpredictable weather, it would be really helpful to have someone available to address issues quickly.

“I was so frustrated with my York heating system failing, and no one else could find the part I needed. Then, Preferred Plumbing and Heating stepped in and got it to me in just two days! The staff were incredibly friendly and their service was really prompt – I highly recommend them.”
-
“This person was genuinely helpful and clearly knew a lot about the subject.”
-
“I’ve always had a really positive experience with their retail team – especially Nick! They’re incredibly helpful and always manage to get me the parts I need, which makes a big difference and brightens my day.”

Robert from Preferred Plumbing was a lifesaver – he squeezed us in on incredibly short notice and did a fantastic job. He was so knowledgeable, really friendly and helpful, and he gave us some great advice that was clearly focused on what was best for our situation, not just trying to upsell us.

“I was informed that the appointment was outside of my area and that I’d be responsible for travel expenses. They waited until they had another client booked to coordinate costs, which I agreed to, and we scheduled a follow-up for sometime around June or July. Unfortunately, things shifted quickly after that.”
