  “We were really frustrated with the initial Empire Electric crew – they couldn’t pinpoint the cause of the voltage drops in our house. Thankfully, Jeremiah, the owner, took the time to personally visit and investigate. He didn’t charge us a thing for his trouble, and he quickly identified the issue as being with the power company’s equipment. He stayed with us and the power company until they agreed to send someone out to fix it, which was absolutely crucial. Without his persistence, I’m not sure we would have been able to get them to take action, and we’re so grateful for his dedication.” report abuse
