“I was really disappointed with this company. I initially contacted them and was promised a callback, but I didn’t hear from them for about a week. When I finally reached out again, they told me they wouldn’t be able to provide their service because they found my location too complicated. Honestly, it’s concerning when a company declines service based on location, and I’m not sure how reliable they would be if they can’t even follow through with a simple response. It’s a shame because I was told they had good prices, but that’s not much comfort if they can't even communicate properly.”
