I had a really frustrating experience with this company. We had a signed agreement for a unit at Turtle Pine Village for $365,000, but they unexpectedly pulled out of the deal just before we were ready to finalize everything. They then decided to wait until the unit was finished in September and list it for $389,000. It felt completely unfair and unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend doing business with them.
