Overall, I’m really happy with my new home! Mrs. Annissa was fantastic to work with during the buying process. The location is great – everything is so conveniently close by. It’s a very peaceful neighborhood, though there is some construction happening nearby, which means you’ll occasionally see work trucks on the road and hear tools working until around 6pm.

I’ve been searching for a home for ages, and it felt like everything was just too expensive and needed a ton of work. Then, on Black Friday, I stumbled upon a fantastic deal on a house in Stableview – it was exactly what I was looking for! The house itself is beautiful, really well-insulated and the perfect size, and the neighborhood is fantastic. It’s located right on the edge of Lafayette and Carencro, which is actually served by the Carencro police, and it's incredibly convenient. It’s only about 8 minutes from Louisiana Avenue, my favorite shopping spot, and just 2 minutes from Walmart, SuperOne, and tons of restaurants. Plus, it’s a really kid-friendly area – my grandkids absolutely love it, which makes my grandma so happy! Honestly, if you’re considering buying a home, you absolutely have to come take a look; you’ll fall in love with it!

Overall, this is a wonderful neighborhood – it feels really friendly and supportive, especially for raising a family. The community spirit is fantastic. I also wanted to give a special shout-out to Anissa Laborde; she was an excellent and incredibly helpful member of the sales team during our purchase.
