“I was so impressed with Hibbard Roofing. We contacted them just two days after Hurricane Laura based on an ad we saw on Facebook, and they responded within an hour. We quickly signed a contract, and the next morning, a crew of six, including their representative Alex Cormier, came out to blue tarp our house. What really set them apart was Alex handling everything – from coordinating with State Farm to managing the entire process until the final payment. When we had to evacuate for Hurricane Delta, they continued to take care of things. When we returned, the roof was completely replaced the following week! The crew was incredibly courteous and professional throughout the whole five days, and Alex was always there checking in. Honestly, I can’t recommend Hibbard Roofing any higher – they were fantastic, and I’ll definitely be calling them if we ever need anything like this again.”
