  “After the tornado hit Dallas in October 2019, RPM was a lifesaver for us. They were thankfully referred to us – it was a Sunday when it happened, and by Wednesday we’d already signed a contract. They jumped right into emergency repairs, and because we needed to move out, they immediately started the difficult task of figuring out the full extent of the damage and working with our insurance company. Jason, our project manager, was fantastic at keeping things on track, and Jayme, the owner, really shone with her detailed analysis and costing. She was always there for every inspection, and while dealing with such a big insurance claim was a real headache, everything was backed up with solid data, which ultimately led to the insurance company agreeing with their assessments. We’re so grateful that we have our home fully restored now, thanks to RPM. It took a long time – eight months – but they really got us back on track, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
