My house is pretty old, built in the late 60s, and the roof was 24 years old. My insurance wouldn’t even cover a significant portion of a new one, only about 28%. To top it off, I’d been rear-ended and had to replace my car, so I was really strapped for cash. But Proficient Construction was amazing. They were so professional and kept me completely in the loop – no complicated paperwork or unexpected charges. They really worked with my budget and got the job done without breaking the bank.   Overall, we were incredibly pleased with Proficient’s work on our roof project at the apartment complex. As a board member, I was particularly impressed with their dedication – they really took the time to walk us through the entire insurance claim process, which was a huge help considering most of us weren’t familiar with it. Rachel was fantastic, attending several board meetings and sharing detailed information from their drone inspections and product options. She spent over five hours working with our adjuster and even secured approval for our gutters! They’re truly a one-stop shop, and we’re really excited to have them doing our siding in the spring.   Overall, we were really pleased with the experience of having our roof replaced. Rachel was fantastic – she was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, from navigating the insurance questions to helping us choose the right tiles. We appreciated her keeping us updated on the timeline, especially since the work couldn’t start until after winter. What really stood out was the project manager’s attention to detail; they discovered additional damage that the initial insurance adjuster missed, and they quickly and effectively fixed the leak, reassuring us that they’d handle contacting the insurance company.
