We’d already used them for a few smaller projects, and the experience with this larger addition was just as impressive. From the initial bids to the quality of the subcontractors and the final result, everything was handled with a really professional and organized approach. Ben and Gabby were so easy to communicate with – they kept us updated every step of the way and were always quick to address any questions or concerns we had. There were a few minor changes along the way, but they tackled everything promptly and made sure we were completely satisfied.   Big Country did an absolutely fantastic job finishing our basement just in time for the New Year – we couldn’t have asked for a better timing! Ben, the owner, was fantastic throughout the whole process. He was so responsive and really took the time to understand our vision and help us plan the perfect design for our space. We spent a lot of time brainstorming ideas like built-in storage and potential additions, and he was great at anticipating future phases of work, even helping us plan out the mechanicals so we could easily add an egress window and expand our staircase later on. What really stood out was how well Ben managed the project – he worked around our busy schedules, coordinated all the different trades, and kept us constantly updated on the progress. It was incredibly helpful having him manage everything, especially with a dog and someone working from home!   Ben and the Big Country crew did an absolutely fantastic job bringing our screened porch back to life! He was so responsive and professional – he was one of the few contractors we worked with who actually returned our calls promptly.   Ben was fantastic to work with – truly a pleasure. He consistently delivered all projects on time and within budget, and his attention to detail was exceptional.
