  Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the experience we had with Pebble! I was a little hesitant after a previous less-than-satisfactory experience with their product years ago, so I had a lot of questions when I initially spoke with Mark about scheduling the installation. Mark was fantastic – he really took the time to answer all my concerns and put me completely at ease. We ended up with the Pebble Radiant Fusion series, and the finished product is absolutely stunning, a much smoother and more beautiful result. The installation team, led by Jon, were also incredible. They were so friendly and helpful, and they patiently answered all my questions throughout the process. What really stood out was their attention to detail and the fact that they cleaned up everything when they were finished – a huge bonus!   “I can’t recommend Poolscape Unlimited enough! We had a 32-year-old pool with some serious plaster cracks, and after getting a few quotes, we knew Poolscape Unlimited was the right choice – their plan was fantastic and the price was really competitive. Honestly, resurfacing a pool is a huge undertaking, but they handled everything so professionally. They were incredibly careful about keeping the dust down, and they cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day. What really stood out was their team; they're all very well-trained and genuinely focused on customer satisfaction. The job was completed on time, and the final result is amazing – it looks brand new! It’s clear they’re a family-owned business that takes pride in their work and has a great reputation.   I was really disappointed with my experience with Poolscape Unlimited. I scheduled an estimate five weeks ago with Mark, and he was supposed to come out a week later. He completely didn’t show up, and I received no communication at all – not even an apology or a reschedule attempt. It took several days of phone calls to finally get a rescheduled appointment, which was another week out. Mark did take measurements and said he’d send over the estimate on Monday, but I still haven’t heard anything. Honestly, it feels like they just didn’t prioritize my project. Because of this, I’ve already looked into other companies, and they were much more professional and responsive. I’m very sad about this whole experience and I truly hope Poolscape will look into how their team handles initial consultations – it seems like a critical part of their business. report abuse

  Jayme and their team were fantastic to work with. They were incredibly responsive, always quick to address any questions or concerns, and consistently punctual. Plus, they went above and beyond, doing some extra work without charging us a penny – it was a really fair price and we were very impressed with their professionalism and helpfulness. report abuse
