  “I was really frustrated trying to get a sliding glass door fixed – I kept getting the runaround from different companies. It turned out only one pane was broken, but everyone wanted to replace the entire door, quoting prices between $3,500 and $4,500. Thankfully, I found Matt, and he was a lifesaver! He came out the next day, gave me a fair estimate, ordered the new glass, and – get this – he showed up early with it and installed it in just 45 minutes.   “I was so relieved when Matt from Window Tech came to look at my picture window leak. It turned out to be a really serious problem – he discovered a completely botched installation of three patio slider doors. He patiently went through absolutely everything that had been done wrong with me, and it was a long list! Thankfully, he took the time to completely remove and reinstall the doors, and I learned a ton about proper window installation in the process. Honestly, he saved me a huge headache and potential water damage and mold issues down the road. I’m incredibly grateful he was so upfront about the disaster waiting to happen. Matt is truly passionate about doing window and door installations correctly, following the highest industry standards. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers receiving quality service – he’s an honest and trustworthy guy. To top it all off, he fixed the leaky window with just some caulk and didn't charge me a single penny!   Overall, I was incredibly happy with the whole experience. The customer service was fantastic, and the new windows themselves are fantastic – they’ve really made a noticeable difference in the temperature of my house, and my neighbors have commented on how much better the house looks too!
