    I wouldn’t recommend renting from this company. I ordered a bounce house and, the day before my party, I called to confirm the details. They insisted I’d made a mistake with the date – which I absolutely didn't – and unfortunately, they didn’t have the bounce house available at all.     Honestly, this was a really frustrating experience. I reserved the equipment for a Wednesday pickup with a planned Friday return, and thankfully had some help over the weekend. However, just as we were preparing to return it, we received a call on Friday afternoon saying it had been rented out to someone else due to a computer error. It’s completely unacceptable, and I’m left wondering how such a mistake could happen. I’m left to question how reliable your service truly is. report abuse
