  “We were absolutely thrilled with the work Apollo Pools did for us – our new in-ground pool far exceeded our expectations. Matt, the owner, is a fantastic professional; you can tell he’s got a wealth of experience (over 20 years!) and he’s incredibly honest and never pushes you to buy anything you don’t need. Plus, his team is amazing – they’ve been with him for years and it really shows in the quality of their work. It’s great to have that ongoing relationship with them for pool opening and closing. And I have to commend Matt and his receptionist on their responsiveness; they always return calls the same day, which is a huge plus in my experience.” report abuse

  “I purchased a new hot tub in June 2021 and, almost a year later, I experienced an issue with the finish. Matt was fantastic – he came out, quickly assessed the problem, and worked with me to get a replacement.   I’m incredibly disappointed with my recent experience at this pool place. I spoke with a customer service representative who was unbelievably rude – she actually yelled at me through the phone in front of other customers, and my son was deeply disturbed by her behavior. She dismissed my concerns about my Intex pool and made me feel foolish for needing help with its care. I’m seriously considering escalating this issue and strongly advise against going there myself. report abuse
