  “I was really frustrated with the whole experience. I initially requested service at the beginning of August, and it wasn’t until the last week of September that the work was finally completed. The biggest issue was that I wasn’t notified when they were coming to my property – I messaged them via text and didn’t get a response, and then they were actually there while I was trying to contact them. My gate was locked, and it was inconvenient. Unfortunately, while they were repairing the fence, they accidentally severed my cable line, and I wasn’t informed about this at all! It wasn’t until after they left that I discovered my internet was out. The cable company had to come out and fix it, and I was without internet for four days – which made working from home incredibly difficult. Honestly, it felt completely unprofessional not to communicate with me about any potential damage. Moving forward, it’s essential that they either schedule utility marking themselves or at least ask me to do it before starting any work.” report abuse

  Mike was a really reliable and honest contractor. After the storm damaged our fence, he quickly assessed the situation and explained the options clearly – repair versus replacement. He did a great job repairing it initially, but we did run into a small issue afterward, and he responded immediately and fixed it completely. We’d definitely recommend him! report abuse

  Mike did a fantastic job replacing the broken and rotten fence posts – he really brought the fence back to life! We were having a lot of trouble with the gates because of the old posts, but he got them working perfectly smooth, and now they feel almost brand new on our 15-year-old fence.
