Overall, the installation itself was really well done – the parts were high quality and everything seemed to be set up correctly. However, the experience after the installation has been incredibly disappointing. We’ve struggled to get any real support, and customer service has been virtually impossible to reach. The solar site monitoring is inconsistent at best, and frankly, it feels like the company is scaling back its residential business or exiting the solar market entirely. We were promised compensation for the lack of monitoring, but we’ve only received a vague promise of a check that hasn't arrived yet – it’s been over two weeks. To add to this, they even closed a ticket with Solar Edge before the production issues were resolved, which is incredibly frustrating.
