  “I had a really disappointing experience. The customer service I received was quite frustrating – a blonde-haired employee at the desk was raising her voice and seemed incredibly impatient. Worse, the product I needed was completely out of stock. Given all of this, I wouldn’t recommend this store.   Overall, I was really disappointed with the condition of the place. It felt like it had really gone downhill – the yard was incredibly messy, and a lot of the materials were damaged. Unfortunately, they weren't able to process a credit for the damage, which was frustrating. However, I did want to say that the staff were very pleasant and helpful. report abuse

The staff seemed incredibly slow and unfriendly; I felt like I was being treated rudely when I simply asked for a siding sample after purchasing materials.
