  Overall, I was really pleased with my experience with Land Pro. It’s great that one negative review doesn't reflect the quality of service I received. I called on a Wednesday and they were able to fit me in for the following Friday. They arrived promptly, did a really thorough job, including staking out the property and talking to my neighbors. The price was fantastic – much more reasonable than other companies I’d gotten quotes from, who demanded huge upfront payments and waited months. They even provided me with a hard copy and a PDF to share with everyone involved. I’d absolutely recommend Land Pro. report abuse

  “I was really impressed with Land Pro – they delivered fantastic work at a surprisingly reasonable price. I contacted several surveyors across the Baltimore to Rockville area to get quotes, and Land Pro was, without a doubt, the most affordable. I was a little hesitant at first, but Melvin has a solid website with details about his past projects, which put my mind at ease. Honestly, Melvin can be a bit quiet and not the most outgoing, but his team was incredibly professional and cordial, and the quality of the survey work was outstanding. What really stood out was how quickly he got the job done – he was able to schedule the survey for that weekend, while others were quoting weeks out.   “I really needed a site plan for my building permit, and I was scrambling to get it done. I’d already contacted one company, but they couldn’t get to me for a couple of weeks. Luckily, I found Land Pro online, and I’m so glad I did! Martin and his team were incredibly responsive, coming out to my property the very next day for the survey. Martin himself then followed up the following day to review the site plan with me, and they even drew the actual improvement on the plan – which was a requirement for PG County. To top it off, Land Pro was about 38% cheaper than the first company. It’s rare to find a company that delivers such fast, quality, and affordable service, and Land Pro absolutely nailed it.   Martin Bertrand and his company were incredibly unreliable. I hired him four weeks ago for a land survey and topography, and he repeatedly failed to deliver. He initially promised a Saturday visit that he completely forgot about, then later said he needed just one more day, but hasn’t responded to any of my calls since. He’s been unreachable, and offered no explanation for his lack of communication. It felt like he was deliberately misleading me about the progress of the work. Ultimately, I had to find another surveyor to complete the job – a frustrating and time-wasting experience. I strongly advise against using this company; they don’t seem to value their clients’ time or be honest about their capabilities. report abuse
