They initially confirmed my appointment, but then cancelled it within the scheduled timeframe, which caused a huge disruption for my family – we’re now without an oven. They were incredibly thorough, not just fixing the immediate problems with my loose, missing, and broken fixtures, but also checking the whole house for any other potential issues.   I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I received. I had a scheduled appointment on Monday that was unexpectedly canceled, and then had to reschedule again for Wednesday – and it’s now needed to be rescheduled a third time. It felt completely disorganized and frustrating to have to repeatedly contact them to sort things out, with the response of “Oh, I was just about to call!” each time. Because of this, I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere. report abuse

  “The initial price seemed a little high, and to be honest, I hadn’t gotten other quotes yet, which probably contributed to that feeling. It’s definitely understandable given that it was my first time hiring an electrician. However, the guys did a really solid job and were incredibly friendly and easy to work with, so overall I was happy with the service.” report abuse

  “I was really surprised by the huge difference in pricing – one company quoted me $12,000 for the same job as another who offered just $4,500. While the technicians were knowledgeable, they also tried to upsell me on updating my entire house, which felt very pushy and unprofessional. I’d definitely recommend B&D instead.” report abuse
