“I contacted them about a heater issue a little over a week and a half ago, but I haven’t heard anything back. I called them three times over the past few days trying to get an update on whether they’d scheduled a technician. The first person I spoke with didn’t seem to know anything about my request, and the service tech who eventually called just didn’t seem very engaged. That’s why I’ve ended up calling a different company, and they’re scheduled to come out tomorrow.”
