  “I was so grateful for the quick and professional service I received from Cowboy Glass. Back on August 19th, my driver’s side window was broken, and I was in a real bind needing to get back to Georgia by August 23rd. Finding a replacement window was a huge challenge – I contacted glass shops in Laramie, Cheyenne, Casper, and Fort Collins, but no one had the right one until August 23rd or 24th. Cowboy Glass really went above and beyond; they actually took the time to track one down and replaced it for me that same day, in about an hour, despite a very busy schedule. It’s customer service like that, and the dedication of the team at Cowboy Glass, that truly makes Laramie such a wonderful place. My family and I are moving to Casper soon, but I’m so impressed with their service that I’d happily make the two-hour drive back to Laramie if I ever need auto glass repair or replacement there.” report abuse

  “I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Cowboy Glass. Honestly, it’s refreshing to find a business that truly understands customer service. I recently needed a replacement pane for a display case, and unfortunately, I accidentally broke it during installation. When I contacted Cowboy Glass, they immediately took care of everything. Not only did they quickly order a new tempered piece, but they proactively delivered it to my shop – completely on their own initiative! They even took care of the cost of the new pane, which I’d broken myself. It was such a fantastic surprise and shows they genuinely care about their customers.   “I had my windshield replaced at this shop on my 2013 Chevy Cruze, and I was really impressed. The guys were great – friendly and professional. They were happy to do it as a cash payment, which was convenient. Prices were fair, and the service was quick. Importantly, they were super careful and didn't even touch my mirrors or seats! They even put my oil change reminder sticker back on for me. Overall, a really good experience, and if you’re looking for a glass shop in Laramie, I’d definitely recommend this place.” report abuse
