  Vasquez Drywall & Painting did an absolutely fantastic job renovating my stairwell! I had those old, awful popcorn ceilings from the 70s, and they completely transformed the space. From start to finish, the experience was really positive. They were incredibly responsive – I got a bid within 48 hours of calling, and scheduling the work was super easy. The front office staff were friendly and helpful, and the workers themselves were punctual and professional. They really paid attention to detail, taking care to tape everything properly and using drop cloths, and they left the whole house spotless when they were done.   Derek and his crew did an absolutely fantastic job replacing the ceiling in our sanctuary at Trinity Baptist Church. Derek was incredibly knowledgeable about the project, and they tackled it with a real sense of professionalism and efficiency. The quality of the work is outstanding – truly superb!   I’m incredibly disappointed with this company’s service. From the start, they consistently failed to honor the agreed-upon schedule, and then proceeded to significantly overestimate the amount of work required. Despite using far fewer materials and taking less time than initially projected, they insisted on charging the full, inflated estimate. Adding to the frustration, they refused to discuss the work with the worker they hired and simply stated he no longer worked for them – likely because I questioned the significantly reduced scope of the job. It felt like they were deliberately avoiding transparency and refusing to adjust the billing accordingly. Furthermore, they were remarkably slow to complete the work, while incredibly prompt when requesting payment. Overall, this was a deeply unprofessional experience, and I would strongly advise against using this company again. report abuse
