  “I was really impressed with J. Vasquez Construction – they did a fantastic job turning a frustrating situation around. The previous owners had really butchered the door frame, and it was completely unusable. However, the workers went above and beyond to fix it, and they did such a professional job considering how badly it was initially messed up.   “I’d like to share my experience with Johnny and his team. We were really struggling with a major roof issue just as winter was closing in, and with the wildfires isolating our community, it was a stressful time. Johnny responded incredibly quickly when we called, and the inspection revealed the damage was much worse than we’d anticipated. Despite the challenging circumstances – a 100-mile extra trip due to road closures from the fires and the cold weather – he got the materials and his crew out to Walden. They worked tirelessly for three long, freezing days to completely replace our roof, and they cleaned up everything afterward. Honestly, it was fantastic service – they were professional, friendly, and went above and beyond. We really appreciate their dedication.” report abuse

  “I wanted to let you know that there have been some issues with your team accessing properties in the neighborhood. Several times, gates have been left open, and dogs have been let out, causing concern for homeowners. While I appreciate your efforts, it’s really important to communicate in advance. Next time, could you please leave a notice on each door with an estimated time you’ll need access? Like the cable company did – it’s a much smoother process for everyone.” report abuse

  “I wasn’t really impressed with the experience. The person who came to my house just took a quick measurement and immediately pushed a product – a polymer – that would have looked completely out of place in a cabin bathroom. Worse, he never followed up with me after that. It felt like they were too busy to really consider my needs, and frankly, it made me feel like my business wasn't valued.” report abuse

  I have serious concerns about this team. There have been reports of theft, and the quality of their work has been consistently poor. Furthermore, one member displayed unprofessional conduct with a visible tattoo. I strongly advise against hiring them. report abuse
