  “We’d always been really happy with Tough Guys in the past, and we even recommended them to some friends at UW. Unfortunately, our recent experience with the backyard fence was a huge letdown. The materials used seemed cheap, and they even built part of the fence directly over our sprinkler system. It’s really disappointing because the fence is only about a year old and is already showing signs of damage. Brian has been down to the site and has promised to get Ridge to fix it in November, but given the expense of this fence, we were expecting a much higher standard of work. My wife spoke with them in May, and honestly, I'm still waiting to see if Ridge actually follows through.” report abuse

  “I’ve been using Tough Guys Lawn Care for a few years now to manage the lawns at my rental properties, and I’m incredibly happy with their service. Their summer care package – mowing, fertilizing, tree and bush trimming, and weed control – was a huge relief for me. Knowing the lawns were consistently well-maintained throughout the summer, and that my properties always looked great, is incredibly valuable.   I’m writing to express serious concerns about the lawn care and snow removal services provided by Tough Guys at Sun Chase Village. Frankly, the quality has been consistently poor. The mowing is consistently below average – leaving large patches of uncut grass and failing to properly remove clippings, which is damaging to the lawn. More concerningly, the snow removal has been completely inadequate. I’ve rarely seen them actually clear the walkways, often arriving mid-morning just to stand around and get paid for doing nothing. And during the big spring storm, it took them three days to even begin clearing the parking lot, forcing residents to shovel themselves to get to their cars. It’s unacceptable that we had to take care of this ourselves, and I’m worried about the fact that you were still paid for doing nothing. I appreciate you questioning my review, but I felt it was important to share my experience, and I can’t recommend Tough Guys services. report abuse

  Ridge and his team at Tough Guys Lawn Care did an absolutely fantastic job with our new landscaping. They handled everything – the stone work, irrigation, and planting – with such skill and care. We’re so thrilled with the final result and really appreciate how professional and knowledgeable they were throughout the whole process.   “The ranch house, especially with the festive mini-lights, is really easy to spot – it’s a fantastic landmark. And it’s brilliant that it also acts as a clear signposting beacon for the Airbnb itself.   I was really disappointed with my experience with Tough Guys. I contacted them in April to get quotes for spring cleanup and regular lawn care, and it took a lot of pushing to actually get one. The quote was too high for what I wanted, but I needed the work done, so I went ahead with it. However, for the past five weeks, they’ve been consistently delaying and promising “next week” without ever actually doing the job. I received an invoice today for work I’d been repeatedly asking them to complete, and of course, it’s never been done. Honestly, their service is completely unreliable and I wouldn’t recommend Tough Guys – save your time and money. report abuse

  I’ve been incredibly pleased with Tough Guys Lawn Care. They’ve handled everything from snow removal to lawn care and even some tricky sprinkler problems, and they’ve always been so friendly and responsive.
