Honestly, our experience with this trailer court was incredibly frustrating. The lot rent is already the highest in town, and it kept going up twice a year – it just felt constantly overpriced. We had a really difficult time getting our water turned on after 30 days, and we ended up needing a lawyer to intervene. The new management after the sale to a national company completely lost all our paperwork, and only had my mother’s name on the lease, despite me having a long-term lease. It was a nightmare getting our water back on, and we ultimately had to accept a complete loss on our trailer because of the issues. It was a really stressful situation, and we were grateful to have a good local lawyer who was able to help us out.

Overall, this was a really positive experience. The park itself is fantastic – it’s clearly the cleanest one in town. I was also really impressed with the office staff; they were incredibly helpful and efficient, especially after the call center seemed a bit unreliable.

“The staff were fantastic, and the storage units themselves were really well-kept and clean. The manager was outstanding – a truly awesome asset to the facility.”

Overall, my experience here hasn't been great. The residents are lovely and I’ve really enjoyed getting to know them, but unfortunately, the management haven’t been very helpful or welcoming. I’ve only been here a short time and I’m already looking to move on.

Rhonda is a really reliable property manager – she’s always available and consistently professional.

It’s a pricey service, but they do a great job keeping everything tidy – just be aware they’ll charge extra for services like mowing and weeding.
-
It’s a really pleasant mobile home park – definitely one of the better ones in Laramie.
-
It was a really pleasant spot – definitely a good place to be.
-
It seems like a very peaceful and private environment – a place where people generally keep to themselves.
